I am having 2 yrs experience in board designing. It is about
-selecting the components, and interfacing them.
-Creating schematics in ORCAD(PCB design using allegero was done by other team).
-Testing the board for its functionality.
For the board I designed the major interfaces are digital and interfacing them was not so difficult. Testing was bit better in which I could have some knowledge.
Within this 2 yrs my knowledge gain was very less and was thinking to change the company. But I was not able to see any companies having this kind of oppurtunities. Could you pleaase let me know any companies offering such jobs?
If there are no such companies known to you what would be the better area for me to shift with the knowledge I have.

look for avnet,cg-corel...or the other suppliers
now a days they are designing the evalution boards for customer demos...
job is also very active....u work on new technologies always
