i M student of Computer Engineering..Should i do My final year project in wireless communcation or in GSM,CDMA,WCDMA...
i don't know Which Is better ,plz tell me the best one and suggest Project re;eted to that..

Yes I agree with waleedelsafoury that it is better to have a project iin WiMax,,
But if you can't then just go to some future technology for project.

| Being a computer engineer, you had studied computer security paper and network security design and management paper, so you can implement any security related algoritms used in wireless standards. Cryptography is a ever blooming domian, where you can relate your application with wireless networks.

| For a computer engineering you can use your skills to model the wireless channel and do so demonstation in that since it would be related to both wireless com. plus computer engineering, or you can do simulation on the WiMax packets and do some performance analysis related to that... Lots of research topics, just pick something that interest you the most...

i'll say that first you read som basics of technologies you are interested then see which one you feel easy for understand as well as implemetation..
use google and start...!!!

HEllo I Started my projected related to WiMAX ...i want to work on OHY layer ...using SOFDMA...but i want to know that what are the advanteges of SOFDMA over OFDM..Please Help ..i m waiting for u r +ive response
