How to bend Lange Coupler

I have to use a very long lange coupler in respect to my chip dimensions (It's a GaAS MMIC). Can someone give me an advice about how to bend the lange coupler? For example in a U shape?

I think it's simple to use meander line or U shape line,just tink of the length,it's important
