30 Jul 2007 23:28 JDM programmer @ 3.3V |

Hi,
I need a simple low cost method of programming PICs (surface mount) in-circuit. While i know that the JDM will program chips @5V the system operates @3.3V. The programming pins and the MCLR pin are not connected to the system only power.
Will it be possble to simply supply the PIC with 3.3V and then use the programmer OR should I rather attempt to do a power conversion on the JDM board itself?
Cheers

This would obviously have to be done in both directions, as to allow the programmer to verify the opperation?
Cheers
