programmer circuit, power supply circuit , and so on
i've been searching the internet for two days now and i didnt get what i want, no circuit designs available, all are ready made and being salled

First of all this page will give you idea about hardware connectivity. You might not find schematics including all you need, but can tale parts from different schematics into one.
If you are beginner first of all choose right micro :
LCD - min 7 pins max 11 GPIO
keypad (matrix 4x4) 8 pins gpio
uart - 1
led (4 pc) - 4 gpio
divide your project into stages and go one by one . Let say :
. connect programming connector and establish communication to micro . Used diy programmer sch as http://www.ln.com.ua/~real/avreal/index_e.html
(stk200 adapter is OK)
. connect leds and write flashing
. connect keypad and change led pattern by keypad
. connect rs232 driver
..
Dont try to do things quickly and go as you can.
Put much effort on yourself instead of asking forum - best way to learn, but may be not fastest way to finish project.
Before posting questions make effort to solve problem first, then if you can not , ask forum and include all information you got for subject.
For avr you need about 10 buks to make simple board (not all what you need) and start to play with . This includes micro , sdk200 adapter from avreal , couple of discretes and connectors.
