Try Easy Downloader, you first need to program an AT89S5x via a serial programming interface, but after that you have a good 89C5x programmer.

HI do you use Serial loader circut! If you use this circuit , here is the Hex_file of Master uC. here are the schematic, and hEX file to master IC! but I think you should use AT89S series , It supports ISP. And the circuit loader of it is more simple, and cheaper.And Easy to make.

Hi,I had alredy made that circuit ,and test with EZDL4 programmer . that sofware using with this circuit above can recognize uC 40 pin (89c51,89c52,89c55).

hi hboacr,

I have a a doubt in that circuit, what is the voltage of the LM317 . At what voltage i have to maintain at the slave (target board ) at VPP.

Could u explain me for the developement.
Voltage at LM317-Out . When the Transistor 2N2222 will be conducting to cut down the voltage at pin No.31.
Plese explain me for completing the board .

How can I hex file download to 89C52?
Your circuit and projects used targeted chip.
But in Mongolia has no targeted and firmware chips.
Only 89C52 has in Mongolia.
I have only one 89c52, computer same buffer chip.
How can I programming 89C52?
Can any body help me?
Please help me for 89c52.

IF you don't wan't to use the loader circuit with target chip, and firmware to load for master chips. I think you should be use 89S52 instead of 89C52 (it support ISP (in system program ming) . And the loader circuit for it is very simple(only include one buffer IC 74541 and DB25 for LPT port).

I want to use in system programmer. The ISP supported 89S52.
But 89S52 hasn't in Mongolia. Mongolia has only 89C52. so Can any body help me?

Hi tumee, The datasheet of the AT89C52 clearly said "Not recommended for new designs. Use AT89S52."
Can't you order the AT89S52 online?

Did you read: http://www.edaboard.com/ftopic111037.html lot's of information on ISP.
ISP hardware also in attached document (think I got that one from Atmel site)
