hi friends.. i am from bangalore. i am planning to become an agent for a chinese company.. my job is to explain the client in India about the profits from the business and if they agree to become the importer i will get a small commission..

my question is whether i have to get the permission from the Indian government to become an agent? ..as i am not the distributor or an importer i think i dont need the permission.. please correct me if i am wrong..
