Sunstone Circuits provides a free software, but I have not tested it.
You may visit http://www.sunstone.com/pcb-resources/cad-software.aspx
or you may visit http://www.pcb123.com/
Has anyone tested this?

| As far as I remember, there is a Linux version of CAD package available. Google and find out, if you have Linux based PC. I read somewhere that it is more powerful and have good features.
