Check with TDK 73M223. It's a standard FSK modem chip.

hi,try this:

chip is rf2968
http://www.ti.com
chip is trf6900a
fsk can be a radio chip,or a baseband modulation.so you must find out what you need.if a modem chip,just like 73k222,which now in my design.if a rf transciever,chips above is ok.

But I'm looking for design till $4, and I don't need high data transmission speeds.
