Hi all
I need to make automatic measurements and data logging of various parameters of a waveform using Oscilloscope, e.g. Amplitude, frequency, rise/fall time, overshoots etc. Is that possible using a Scope or how should i proceed to record certain events and failures during testing an equipment. Secondly this is manchester bi-phase data so whole frame or at least a word must be record in terms of voltage, freq, Amplitude etc.
Any other suggestion to develop a testing system which can perform various tests on an equipment according to a certain standards. thanks

You may develop Automated Test Equipment using PXI modules and industry standard leading software like NI Test Stand or NI Labview.
