Hi,
you may want to try Microwave System Calculator.
It is very useful to build and analyze a lineup for example!
GUI is not good enough but within the summer there will be some good improvement.
Oh ... yes ... it's free!

You can use AWR microwave office . That is the best RF designing software available in the market .
And the main thing is . They are giving u a one month full version trial.. Try it out . u will love it .
