Would anyone here know about NIR technology and its application in sortation particularly in bottles?
I have been planning to utilize this kind of technology for our college thesis - which is a reverse vending machine that accepts all kinds of clear-colored PET bottles in exchange for rewards; and I need suggestions whether this would be practical or not.
If there would be other alternatives (like the use of other sensors that are cheaper, and easier to use) for me to be able to do so, please also post it, thank you very much!
