Hi
anybody knows if exists any standalone production programmer for Microchip PIC's?
I need something like the CYCLONE II form MOTOROLA for freescale HC08 microcontrollers.

| This might not be the best idea for production programming but for general usage you could get a serial pic progammer and program another pic to interface to is and load a program you have stored on an eeprom or even an sd card. I have a kit149 based programmer and i'm thinking of trying to program a pic to use it to load a program stored on and I2C eeprom into another pic, or even make it copy itself to it.

Advin is OEMing Xeltek programmers. Xeltek has SuperPro 9000U 4 gang programmer. It also works as standalone:
