hello friends,
my current project is to work on testing SRAM library cells and i am using High Level Synthesis (C based synthesis and tool used is CatapultC from mentor.)
I have to write an algorithm in C to integrate and test memory(SRAM) cells.
Friends any ideas about how to write an algorithm in C to test memories.
Could you please reply with example algorithms for any similar case which work at hardware level.
