i want to measure the inductace value.currently im trying to feed to oscillator and then measure the feq. can anyone suggest me the ckt which ll b STABLE. Let me know.

There are plenty schematics for different inductance measurement circuits around. You may find ones by for example searching in Google, with something so simple than "inductance meter schematics".

(You know which *'s to replace with "t" and which ones with ".")
