Hi

I need advice and help too choose a hardware house able to help us too design and sell chip with >16 channels each with buffer and AD (>16bit).

Please reply here if you have advice, information

Are you looking for IC design service company? For the device you mentioned, I think our expertise may help, and also we do turnkey type of business, while we are not responsible for selling such chips, that's your call.
