Slow fast , weak strong corner definitions for mos transisto
Hi,

Is the definition slow fast and weak strong mean the same i.e are they based on Vt variation.. or are weak and strong based on mu*cox value?Please comment!!

Hi ,
The mos corner model should be defined by skewing the vt, tox, Idsat, Ioff. The slow corner means higher vt, thicker tox and weak Idsat. the fast corner means lower vt, thiner tox and higher Idsat.
