i want to design my idea,so i need a standcell lib for synopsys and verilog simulation lib ,so who can give me

| if you only need the standard cell lib to study.you can use lsi_10k.db in the directory $Synopsys\core\libraries\syn\

| in fact i use class.db and class.lib,but i can not do timing simulation after synthesis.so i can not finish my design flow.

Hi,
What type do u need? I have standard cell lib for synthesis, tsmc and umc. If u use Synopsys u will use type .lib

hey, i do need tsmc 90nm standard cell lib for synopsys.
Additional IO and memory would be good too,
