constant-gm bias in short-channel device

how can we implement constant-gm bias in 0.18um process?
since the square-law does not apply to the devices when length of MOSFET is 0.18um

gm proportional to the d(ids)/d(vgs) and
also ids proportional to the β , matirial para and w/l.
so for your requierment i.e. const gm.
you have to keep device in sat and , or change process para acording to the your requierment.

explain your req. in details.
