Hi Mary,
Try increasing the delta-x, delta-Y spacing / grouping between the Wx vias. I am not sure why the sizing is being done here, seems like it is a grouping issue, typically a DFM based where they would want 2 groups/arrays of vias seperated by a certain distance? Are these vias in the bondpad region ???
