hi Ashad,
goto spreadsheet>>padstack there you will get a table
showing all the padstacks used you can change the diameter of the pad there.

I did previously .... When go there then predefine table appear i want to adjust my self how I can make customized pade.....

hi,
ok ,
goto spreadsheet>>padstack there on the top of table you have the padstack or layer name box right click on that and from pop-up menu seletct new.
there you can create new padstack.

If u want to update the hole dia means,
select the component where the padstack needs to updated--goto spreadsheet-update the dia value which layer layer u want to update it.
But if u want to change the pad as a customised pad means,,u can do it in library manager only..select the component in library manager, change the pad size & save it..after returing the layout, select the particular component--goto component option in spreadsheet--update the new version...
