Hello kwokhinglai,
First of all you need to your requirements ...
1. what type of design your are doing (linear or Nonlinear)?
2. Is your implimentation is MIC/MMIC/LTCC or etc? then whether the foundry kit available?
3. Interface to 3rd party tools for accurate analysis & for complete design flow?
4. what is the schedule for the design & development?
5. Finally budget available for the product purchase...?
I think when you put all together you will find AWR Microwave Office is best choice for most of the applications ...As Agilent ADS lacks Layout features, ease of use & some advanced automation tools...
