In circuit serial programming, ICSP, what is it ?
Hi everybody, I've just bought a new PIC programmer, K149 USB, it's working fine:D, but there is one part of the programmer said ICSP with 6 pins, I don't know what it is, and what it is used for.
Can some one help me.

In circuit serial programming, ICSP, what is it ?
ICSP allows you to use 3 I/O pins on a PIC for programming the chip (and debugging if you had bought an ICD2).
The pins are MCLR, PGC & PGD
