anyone know a good software for creating/editing bitmap images for GLCD ?

This is for use with 68HC11, but the output is easy to edit.

it says ...

" This application has failed to start because VCL50.BPL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

...is there any installation file or any other file without which this program will not work ?
