No free ones I'm aware of. Try contacting any major EDA Vendor, they may give you eval version

You have 2 choices for free Systemverilog 3.1a simulator:

1) Mentor Modelsim PE Student Edition
http://www.model.com/resources/student_edition/student_download.asp

2) Xilinx Modelsim XE-III Starter Edition (6.2c)
http://www.xilinx.com/ise/mxe3/download.htm

Both are based on Modelsim-PE, which supports mainly "Systemverilog for Design." It does not support some of Systemverilog's more advanced features (classes, random variables, etc.)

These free software are limited to design-sizes of '10,000 statements.' But if you are just learning, and not trying to do a real commercial project, then 10000 is plenty!
