| GOOD day.., i am a first year college student.., and i need to create a 5x7 dot matrix LED design or animation using only DIP switches or rotary switches.., the circuit must be sequential.., i really dont know what to do.., anybody.., pls help me.., pls pls.., pls reply ASAP.., i really need it..,

look at the image just wire the 35 LED like the image A,B,C,D,E,F,G controls individual led row and 1,2,3,4,5 controls columns activation
