I am trying to make a comparison of Business Cost Model for different countries in Engineering

I have as average COST to the company including all tax/insurance contributions
(not salary) these figures and would like if possible to complete it with your countries.

All figures in USD per year

USA 125 K
Sweden 90K
China (Shangai) 38K
India 43K

For China(shanghai), 38,000 dollar = 8*38,000= 284000 RMB

That's a good sallary in Shanghai. What kind of company is in your concern?
