I am useing the mrf9085 to do cdma hpa(10w).but i found it's imd3 is very high.i can't work out.
could you help me?

I measured the ACPR,It's OK!But the IMD3 is OK when it's output power is 8w.
Did you use the mrf9085?could you help me? thanks!

Yes Im familar with the 9085. I believe it's optimized for the backed off condition. The IMD's would depend on the bias point, how are you testing?
