Dear All,
i am going to start FPGA and VHDL ... , i need to buy HW-SPAR3E-SK ( Xilinx spartan-3E starter KIT )
but i have problem buying it here , no distributor here .
can anyone supply it for me and send it through DHL or TNT ... to me (Iran) , i'll be glad if you could help me , you can send it's price+shipping through PM.
