Hi,

Can anybody tell me what DCON is in HSPICE? Question The simulator tell me that I should set dcon=1 in option but I don't know how to set. So, tel me the way to set it! Crying or Very sad

hello,
it is related to convergence issues,
In the case of convergence problems, Star-Hspice
automatically sets DCON = 1
If convergence problems still exist, Star-Hspice sets
DCON = 2, which is the same as the above except
DV = 1e6. The above calculations are used for DCON = 1
or 2. DCON = 1 is automatically invoked if the circuit
fails to converge. DCON = 2 is invoked if DCON = 1
fails.
