Hi.
I learned a lot using the free samples of Texas Instrumens. The site contains a complete datasheet with practical hints and application notes and a wide integrated circuits coverage (high frequency, low power, operational amplifiers, etc).

Take a look at this list of application notes. Which kind of circuit are you interested in?

You can check Maxim and linear-tech and analog device(the best in analog ICs).
They have a large amount of application notes on their products.
Can you say your exact needs?

Dear prnter
I learned actual circuit from books,in other case I studied using simulation software like micro-cap (includes many circuitry).

You can get a lot of papers from Behzad Razavi of UCLA. He has a standard book on Analog CMOS IC design.
Here is his website : h**p://www.ee.ucla.edu/~razavi/papers.html
Some of his paper example are like this.
