1.
Digital Communications by Bernard Sklar

2.
Digital Communications by Proakis

3.
Digital Communications by Glover and Grant

All the above are classical and excellent.

Proakis is an excellent book but is not an introductory text for communications. I would advice Bruce Carlson Communication System. It is an excellent introduction to Communications.

Yes yes go for sklar and proakis, there is a hell of knowledge inside the work of these two. By the way did you realize that the guy who has created this post did it almost 2 years ago, I think he has gone through all the dsp stuff since then. And despite what xulfee says, he cant be a beginner still.

Post13 Sep 2008 11:56   Re: digital communication

when I search for video tutorial on google it shows me :"Video Lectures on CD for College Algebra and Trigonometry/Precalculus, 4/E " these are not related with digita communications.

Do you mean this or something else, please make me correct.
