How to measure TIA input current signal?
It is a high frequency transimpedance amplifier, input signal is 500MHz. and the input current signal is small.

How to generate and measure the input current signal?

Can you clearly define on what measurement you are talking about. Your questions is not fully understandable.

Basicly the differentail pair input current is zero. But you still can see the femto order or pico order current. Actually we don't care it . You sure you really want do it?[/img]

I dont know what exactly you need, but noise level has to be small.
