| our project is in the field of networking and we r doing scheduling in wireless adhoc networks.we need to know whether we can create nodes using matlab.

I would recommend using Ptolemy/VisualSense ..

node creation in MATLAB
better you can switch over to NS(network simulator), glomosim
node creation is easy in that softwares
with regards
