For FDTD simulation I prefer Lumerical FDTD
(free 1 month trial version is existed in its site)

Hi,
for those who are looking to solve complex design and need speed and accuracy, you may want to check this one. (I have been using it for sometimes, like it very much so I share..)
MICROSTRIPES_3D EM Solution
It has been developed since 1975
