Are anyone know about pll? i want to talk it as a graduated project what the information would i know to make this project?

I don't get exactly what you're trying to say, but you should probably check these books:

Roland E. Best - Phase-Locked Loops

Floyd M. Gardner - Phaselock Techniques

I think you can find them in the "EDA E-books Upload/Download" section. If not, let me know.

PLL is : Phase Locked Loop
the PLL , is a feed back system which track the phase of the input signal , and make the the output signal in phase with the input one

the PLL has many application , and with each application the characteristics of the PLL will be different

it can be FM modulator , demodutor , aslo it will work as FSK

it can used in clock deskewing

Check out the PLL tutorials from National Semiconductor University.
There are some good materials on PLL from system perspective.
