Can any send the good material on the ddr and ddr2 sdram controller describing the internal operation which explains neatly

if u need the specification for ddr and ddrII controllers, u can find it from the manufacturer's site itself. i know that micron provides specifications.

but i need not the specs but the how actually it works for example when i gone through the material i had come across the DQS data strobe ,i want to know more about that like wise other topics.... so,can u please provide that kind of the material ........... thanks
