Attached is a work lab for Astro,it will familiarize you with Astro GUI and show you a basic flow.

Hello walescoco,
I was wondering if you have more of those lab guides. I was looking for them in the solvnet website but I couldn't find them. I found the workshop files, but not the spec document. If you don't have more of them, could you tell me where did you find it??
