Hello,
looking for simple design which can convert RS-485 to ethernet .
485 operate at the max of 115k baud rate.

You'll need a micro with UART and a RS485 driver for the RS485 bus. The ethernet interface can be built with a special driver (like Microchip's ENC28J60) and a RJ45 (with magnetics ) connector.
You have to write some software for the micro to interface the ethernet driver: look at the ethernet stack at Microchip's web.
