Yes. i have got that (modelsimXEIII starter pack).
Iam looking only for synthesis tool 
I downloaded the webpack _lab install. iam having win XP Operating System.
i downloaded it with virus protection enabled.
when i clicked to run it, it warned me that "the file does not have any digital signature that verifies its publisher"
and iam getting problems after installation. i.e., its showing an error message like this..
"unable to locate component.
application failed to start becauseMSVCR7.dll was not found".
It is installed like this..
Programs - Xilinx ISE8.2i - Accessories - iMpact, webupdate, Xinfo system checker.
but when i tried to open any of this three the above quoted error is getting displayed.
could i get some help in solving this?
I have got modelsim in my computer and i have even tried installing the webpack after removing modelsim.. but in vain.
