| Read the Rules&Points page. In order to download a file you should have specified points. Or try free mirror.

1. Check in other PCs.
2. Check your browser settings or admin rights.
3. Create a new account and check whether you are able to download. If possible then continue that.
Most of us never faced such as problem.

several times I see that userx says that the files are uploaded at "FM1" or "FM2" and only the path, for example "userx\devs\files".
How to reach free mirrors when somebody has uploaded the files there?
In this case there is no link "free mirror" in the right part of his post.
