Hi , Can you tell me which is most effective way to find a job :-

1.) Through JOB SITES like Monster ..

2.) Through Job Section of the company websites. eg. www.jobs.intel.com

3.) Through Refferals.

4.) Any other you think is better ???

Through Referrals is the best but everyone may not get one.Company websites are next choice to me.

hello trueebs ..

if u r in india ,, i am sure refersal is the best way of finding a job .. if ur in europe the companies hardly take directly . there are many consultants who do this job for them ,, getting replies form company is rare case... but if u have solid exp like 5 r more years ,, then applying to company is the best .,..
so in short ,. accoding to me ... depends on
1) ur present location
2) ur exp

yea, i agree. through refferal is the best and fastest way, but it could be risky too. Are you finding for a job or just researching?

Added after 7 minutes:

The reason why refferal is best is because throught refferal the company is looking on to more personally, meaning there are less compatitors as you're reffered by someone who knows or works in d company. Besides if you apply online or visiting companies website will have lots of compatitors as there are many people who go through visiting company's web site.

Get more information about the company you're interested,
let your friends recommend you,
if no friends in that company,then send your resume and wait for the opportunity.

That's my opinion.
