try to think before you copy/paste something (and replace "**" in h**t://www.linear... by "tt")

Can Switcher CAD III simulate amplifier circuits? someone told me it is for SMPS design, sorry for my stupid question.. but Im not familiar with this software/freeware.. Crying or Very sad

for circuit simulation u can use pspice,orcad,eagle from cadsoft or even simulink of matlab can do

i guess cicuit maker and Proteus 6 professional
and maybe pspice.

but for me i prefer circuit maker for ordinary circuits and if needed some IC's i go to Proteus 6

If your circuit is analog orcad 9 can help you and if your circuit is digital or microconroller based Protuse 6 is very usefull.

did Proteus have 7.4 ?? as far i know it stil Proteus 7 service pack 2,

I agree Proteus is best for circuit simulation, and amazing, its can simulate various MCU, on realtime.
