All you have to do is to fill the request form
http://www.micrium.com/products/tcp-ip/tcp-ip_download.html
and you will receive an e-mail with download address of the file, containing the full source code of uCOS-II ver. 2.83 + TCP/IP stack for evaluation purposes.
