Hello EveryOne

I have a question,
say USB Mass storage Device is implemented like ( PHY chip on board and SIE -serial interface engine on fpga n say data stored in memory on board.)

And complete system when you connect to computer u can read/write data...its like usb pen drive...

Now my question is how to relate THIS with 7 layer network terminology..

What i am assuming

1. Application -- we can say any data in form of file in PC (say pdf) which we want to write.......

2. Presentation ---what here
3. Sessional -- what here
4. Transport -- what here
5. Network -- what here
6. Data -- what here
7. Physical --- Now in this layer we can say PHY chip which is on board
