Hi folks

I have designed a bandpass filter and quantized it.(16bit input,16 bit coefficients and 16 bit output data-CD Quality).
Now i need to verify the filter response on how much it is deviating from the unquantized response. Can i feed in a noise signal(white guassian noise) get the plot and verify.if so how?
any suggestions highly appreciated

As you get the quantized coefficient, just using freqz function in matlab to see the spectrum, and also using freqz to see the float point coefficient spectrum, then you can see the difference.
