i always use to download free mirror but now when i click on free mirror to down load , a messege shown by you `you have less point and you downloaded more than 400 MB so you can`t download or download next month`. but as per your rule the points are not required to download from free mirror. but i try again in next month same mgs shown again

Even you download using free mirror, the limit of download size is still 400MB, only no point will be deducted. When you reach the limit, you have to wait until the following week, then the counter will be reset then only you can download again.
