Dear sir
I'm currently looking for a subject for my Ph.D. thesis. I want it to
be new in the field of communication and signal processing theory. Do you have any suggestions?

Mind to tell where r u from? As some projects are not suitable to certain universities if the facilities are not advanced enough.
What's your major in bachelor degree? Or, master degree (if you did before)? Most important is your interest...

I am communication engineer
My B.S thesis was " microcontroller based mass measuring device"
and my M.S thesis was "Coding in power line communication"
