hi all

Who can explain these parameters represent for what ? such as Φddd Φeee and Φccc.And how to decide the pad diameter for my PCB?

I usually make them equl to the max ball diameter. In your case that would be 0.3mm.

As you said max ball diameter,I think that would be Φb =0.7mm ,Are you sure the pad for my PCB would be Φddd=0.3mm ?

Sorry. You are absolutely right, 0.7mm. I don't know if this is the right way, but that is what I do.
