Extract the "vti_3871.zip" to a local drive.
Extract the "ti89_os_9124.zip" to the same folder.

Run the "vti.exe".
If you want to modify the skin, use "skin.exe".

1-You must own a TI89 titanium calculator to legally download the OS for it.

2-open TI emulator and select "You have download a FLASH upgrade on the TI website" like picture and click ok.

3-on main screen,right click and select UPGARDE CALC then select TI89Titanium_OS.89u
